The FCWSRC supports the work of Research Associates and interdisciplinary feminist scholars and activists across the Five Colleges and surrounding areas through opportunities to participate in a writing community, work-in-progress seminars, workshops, conferences, and informal gatherings.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefited position with Five Colleges, Incorporated. It is an in-person onsite role; the primary work location is on the campus of Hampshire College in Amherst.
Duties

Like being the go-to person for a group of people
Are skilled at collaborating with people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Enjoy building feminist community and facilitating connections between people with related interests
Are an excellent communicator—in person, on the phone, and over email—whether you’re communicating with custodial staff, librarians, deans, or students
Understand how events are successfully run and are willing to take all the necessary steps to plan and put them on
Find satisfaction in efficiently tracking details, whether they’re research associate applications or FCWSRC expenses
