Job Summary

Help meet the College's marketing goals by engaging audiences on social media and in marketing materials. Serve a graphic designer for marketing projects.

Essential Duties

Oversee social media presence and implement all social media communications for the College.

Serve as a Social Media Specialist for the department.

Act as a videographer and photographer for the department.

Develop graphic design projects and other marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent education in Graphic Design, Strategic Communications, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or a related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience

Three years experience utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Strategic Communications, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

Experience in video creation and editing.

Public relations experience.

Advertising, planning, or event planning copywriting experience.
