Job Details
Manage, direct, and facilitate all aspects related to the AEP Credits Counts Grant which includes grant finances, employee oversight, external partnerships, and programming.
Essential DutiesWork in partnership with Tulsa Public Schools partners to plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the AEP Credits Count grant.
Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives, annual budget and operating plan, and a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program. Ensure Credits Count activities comply with TCC Foundation policies and procedures and all relevant legislation and professional standards.
Develop, implement, and ensure that Credits Count operates within the approved budget; monitor and approve budgeted Credits Count expenditures; monitor cash flow projections and report cash flow and variance to the TCC Foundation on a regular basis. Ensure financial reports and supporting documentation for AEP are prepared as outlined in funding agreements, providing required information to generate and submit invoices to AEP (according to the established timelines).
Write reports on Credits Count for the TCC Foundation, administration of Tulsa Public Schools, Tulsa Community College, and AEP. Communicate with AEP as outlined in funding agreements.
Communicate with students, parents, faculty and administration to gain community support for the Credits Count program and solicit input to improve the program.
Coordinate the delivery of services among City Lab, Summer Bridge, STEM Experiences, and STEM Centers.
Facilitate implementation of College Readiness in each school.
Develop forms and records to document Credits Count activities and oversee the
collection/maintenance of records on the student and faculty participants of Credits Count for statistical purposes. Conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework, report evaluation findings to the TCC Foundation, and recommend changes to enhance the program.
Hire, train, develop, and supervise Credits Count staff. Engage volunteers for appropriate Credits Count activities.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Three years of related experience.
Experience in program development or management.
Experience supervising grants.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, and proficiency in working with spreadsheets in Excel.
Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated supervisory experience.
Demonstrated education experience.
General knowledge of working with non profit community organizations.
