Job DescriptionPrepares food items and serves members of the college community. Works cooperatively in a safe and sanitary manner with
other staff and student workers to ensure the efficient and professional operation in accordance with work rules and
departmental policies and standards. Creates a cordial, welcoming atmosphere for all customers under the direction of the
Retail Manager. Works collaboratively to meet sales goals determined by the Retail Manager and assumes full responsibility for
unit operation in absence of Lead Chef ,Cook, or Manager. Reviews upcoming catering requests, retail product levels, and food
orders and initiates action as an appropriate response to any given circumstance or to activity within the unit. Assumes tasks required for any station as rotated or assigned, and remains flexible in response to immediate needs of operation.
