Job Summary

Applicants may apply to this posting if they are interested in being included in a College wide pool of applicants who will accept a temporary assignment. Applicants will be contacted directly by the department in pursuit of temporary employee. All positions are subject to background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assignments may require an applicant to perform office related assignments to include yet not limited to: filing, typing, answer phones, purchase supplies, greet and assist visitors, monitor inventory and supplies, create office software, social media skills and other related duties.

• Assignments may require an applicant to perform maintenance and facilities assignments to include yet not limited to: heavy lifting, assist with preventive management, event set-up/ support and other related duties.

• Assignments may require an applicant to perform student support services to include yet not limited to: providing support during campus events, assist faculty and staff with student activities and other related duties.

Required Qualifications

Dependent upon the job assignment. At minimum a High School diploma and one year of experience in related area.
