Job Description:ECU Department of Technology Systems is currently seeking a Tech System Lab Monitor & Student Ambassador to manage the IDIS Simulation Lab food bank distribution operations and work with faculty to conduct degree-program peer-to-peer marketing. This will be an on-campus work-study type job, with students required to be in the lab (Sci Tech 134a) 10 hours per week
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
· Learn the computer and warehousing technologies required to execute all warehouse operations needed to manage the IDIS food bank, primarily servicing the ECU Purple Pantry.· Training and supervising other student volunteer workers that will assist in warehouse work.· Social media marketing via Instagram, Snapchat, or other.· Idea generation and/or revision of current web and physical marketing materials.· Participation in ECU on-campus marketing events such as Open House and “Technology Days”.
Requirements:· BS Industrial Distribution and Logistics or Industrial Engineering Technology with IDIS concentration.
