Job Details
- Responds to emergency and non-emergency requests from the campus community.Daily inspections of campus heating/cooling and building equipment.Makes necessary repairs to all building components and systems and obtains assistance from senior personnel when necessary.Maintains required equipment logs.Assists tradesmen and contractors in the repair and/or refurbishment of building components and systems.Reports deficiencies and safety problems to senior personnel.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent Three years of related work experience.Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience, and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience.
