Chief Financial Officer of the William & Mary Foundation and Associate Vice President for University Advancement

The William & Mary Foundation invites nominations and applications for a dynamic and analytical leader to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the William & Mary Foundation (WMF) and Associate Vice President for University Advancement (CFO/AVP)

Reporting to the Foundation Chief Executive Officer, the CFO/AVP for University Advancement will provide strategic leadership for the WMF’s financial assets and be responsible for all accounting, cash management, treasury, financial reporting, business operations, budget and financial planning, and tax functions for the Foundation. The individual will work closely with the Foundation’s Chief Investment Officer and CEO of the 1693 Management Company; serve on the CEO’s leadership team; serve as staff support/liaison to the WMF Board of Trustees’ Audit Committee and Budget and Finance Committee; and serve as the Treasurer of the William & Mary Foundation. CFO/AVP, this position works closely with University Advancement leadership and the university’s finance & administration offices.
