This is a part-time position for our short term one-on-one programs offered at Custom Language Services. We do not pay for travel or relocation fees, so the instructors for our in-person programs must be located near Monterey, CA. For our online programs, the instructor must be located in the United States.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepares courses/classes and teaches clients in customized language programs;
  • Works in cooperation with the Academic Coordinator of Custom Language Services in setting up a customized program for each client;
  • Prepares syllabus for course;
  • Provides Academic Coordinator with a narrative grade at the end of the program;
  • Communicates closely with other instructors in program, attending pre-program meeting as set by the academic coordinator;
  • Logs hours using Oracle HCM software;
  • Adjusts content of program as needed, in collaboration with other instructors and the Academic Coordinator.
  • Actual number of hours worked are contingent on program requests.
