Position/Job Summary:

The Ithaca College School of Business invites applications for a full-time, in-person Instructor of Finance position to begin August 16, 2022. This is a non-tenure eligible, one-year appointment. Duties include teaching assigned classes in the areas of General Business, Asset, and Wealth Management at the undergraduate level. It is expected that a faculty member will participate actively and cooperatively in activities generally considered the responsibility of a full-time faculty, teaching, advising professional engagement and service. Position/Job Qualifications:

A CFA, CAIA, FRM or other professional designation with recent industry experience in the areas of investment and asset allocation are desirable. We prefer candidates who have a record of successful college teaching and who share our commitment to professional preparation within the context of an interdisciplinary and immersive liberal arts education. Recent MBA/ABD doctoral candidates in finance with academic preparation in the specific areas of Wealth or Asset Management or related subjects such as Financial Economics are welcome to apply.

Full time bargaining unit employees are all limited term faculty teaching term appointments on a full-time non-tenured and non-tenure track basis employed by Ithaca College at its Ithaca, New York campus.
