Assistant Professor of Communication

The Department of Communication at William Jewell College seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Communication, beginning in Fall 2023. The successful candidate will teach a range of introductory and advanced courses, including public relations, integrated communication, and communication theory. There will also be opportunities to teach special topics courses in the College’s critical thinking-focused Core Curriculum. This position is a 9-month contract, which includes a 3-3 teaching load, advising students, and participating in curriculum development and assessment.
