The McDonough School of Business (MSB) at Georgetown University invites applications for a tenure-track or tenured professor position in its Strategy, Economics and Public Policy Area. The position is open rank. We especially encourage applicants who conduct research in strategic management, and who have either demonstrated or are capable of teaching excellence.

The Strategy, Economics, Ethics and Public Policy area includes individuals whose primary research and teaching interests lie in Economics; International Business; International Political Economy; and Competitive, Corporate, and Nonmarket Strategy. The area is collegial and multi-disciplinary, with several members crossing intellectual boundaries in research and teaching. The area's research faculty includes Paul Almeida, Jasmina Chauvin, Scott Ganz, Rahul Gupta, Brad Jensen, Yunan Ji, Lizhi Liu, Jeffrey Macher, John Mayo, Nathan Miller, Ferdinando Monte, Charly Porcher, Dennis Quinn, and Stephen Weymouth.

The McDonough School of Business is part of Georgetown University, one of the nation's oldest universities. MSB is committed to developing leaders capable of making complex business decisions in a global environment and who are dedicated to serving their companies, society and humanity. The business school's Undergraduate, Full-Time and Evening MBA, Global Executive MBA, specialized Masters, and Executive Education programs provide solid grounding in all of the core management disciplines, with particular emphasis on the global, ethical and political environments of business. The business school resides in the Rafik B. Hariri Building, a state-of-the-art 179,000 square-foot facility that blends the tradition of Georgetown University with forward-thinking functionality.
