In 1917, the University of Oklahoma's School of Public and Private Business was one of the first schools west of the Mississippi River to be accredited by AACSB International. This formed into the College of Business Administration in 1928, which was named the Michael F. Price College of Business in 1997 in honor of Michael F. Price, a major benefactor and graduate of the school (BBA 1973). In Fall of 2017, the Graduate School of Business was renamed the Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business (GSB), relocating to a new 27,000 square-foot flagship facility located in the heart of Oklahoma City at OU's University Research Park on the Health Sciences Center campus. Strategically anchored between the downtown energy and financial sectors to the west and the growing healthcare and aerospace sectors to the east, the facility is now home to OU's Full-time, Professional, and Online MBA programs.
Reporting to the Director of MBA Recruiting and Admissions, the Associate Director, MBA Admissions and Reporting will be an integral part of a high functioning team that is looking to grow its inquiry and applicant pool and increase the quality of incoming students to the MBA programs. This position is key to developing, implementing, evaluating, and driving specific strategies and processes to enhance enrollment management in the MBA programs. The MBA Program facility is located on the Oklahoma City campus. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, if desired.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Application Processing and CRM Management
- In close collaboration with the Director, MBA Recruiting, advise candidates as needed on the admissions process, curriculum, basic financial aid process and scholarship opportunities, and employment outcomes to ensure interested candidates apply to the OU MBA programs.Process large volume of applications and consistently check for missing materials needed to complete an application to the Full-time, Professional, and Online MBA programs.Constantly check GMAC for new GMAT scores submitted daily.Supervise the application process including verification of credentials for MBA candidates.Constantly communicate and follow up with applicants regarding the status of their applications.Coordinate admissions interviews with key stakeholders as needed. Move completed applications to final decision.
- In collaboration with other faculty and staff, implement processes, events and other related experiences that align with the School's strategic vision to maximize enrollment in the OU MBA programs. This includes working closely with Student Services to engage with admitted students to increase yield.Support the management of an MBA Ambassador program to connect prospects and candidates to current students and alumni to enhance yield and enrollment management.Serve as the primary liaison responsible for finding information, troubleshoot, and answer enrollment related questions such as 1-20 visa application and status, student housing, partner management, health insurance coverage, athletics eligibility, parking, logistics, etc. to ensure admitted students show up on the first day of class.Manage relationships and communication channels with key internal stakeholders to support the enrollment management process, including Graduate College, International Student Services Office, Admissions and Records, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering and other academic partner programs.
- Manage data and document processes for applicants ensuring data is consistent across databases (Salesforce, Slate) and update as needed throughout the application cycle.Enter and check Salesforce data to ensure the integrity of CRM systems.Coordinate the data submission for numerous ranking surveys and admissions reports throughout the year for rankings such as US News and World Report, GMAC, and other entities.Prepare reports on admissions activities, processes, applicant status, financial assistance or other reports to communicate on the enrollment status of the Full-time, Professional, and Online MBA programs.
- Analyze multiple streams of lead sources to inform future marketing initiatives and investments.Research competitor websites and programs to improve marketing messages and OU MBA positioning.
Job Location
Required Education: Bachelor's degree AND:
- 12 months in student programming ,student services, or closely related experience
- Strong communication skills and willingness to get back to candidates within a short timeframe.
- Very strong organizational skills and the ability to create and maintain internal admissions processes.
- Extremely strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willingness to help others.
- Database management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven team environment.
- Self-starter with a confident can-do attitude and high level of discernment for prioritizing.

- Experience in enrollment planning, recruiting and/or marketing and communications preferred.
