The University of North Alabama’s Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions (ACONHP) is seeking qualified full-time faculty at the rank of lecturer for the nursing programs. Salary and rank will be based on qualifications of the successful candidate. Minimum qualifications for this position include: Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution is required; Family nurse practitioner or psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner certification is preferred; Five years of clinical practice is required; Three years of classroom or clinical teaching experience in an accredited registered nursing program or higher degree nursing program is preferred; An unencumbered nursing license for the State of Alabama, or the ability to obtain such, is required; and online teaching experience and/or willingness to teach online courses is preferred.
