SummaryThe Academic Counselor provides educational guidance and assistance by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for an assigned case load/portfolio of business majors, minors and other students enrolled in business courses.The position also requires utilization of a CRM system such as Salesforce to manage advising and a student information system database such as Banner to access student academic records.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline AND
- At least 1 year of counseling experience
- Academic or related Advising experience preferable in higher education.
