Organization
The Program Coordinator Educator Mentor and Evaluator is responsible for monitoring and assisting contracted educators and assisting in curriculum development and revision as part of the Professional Development Approval System (PDAS) of the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR).This position requires you to work within a non-traditional schedule that includes evenings and weekends on a regular basis. Travel is required regularly including some overnight travel. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Job Location
Required Education: Bachelor Degree AND:
- 36 months of experience in accounting, business, program management, or related experience
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to apply organizational and human resource development principles
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Computer and research skills
- Ability to perform highly detailed work
- Valid driver's license to legally drive in the State of Oklahoma
- If a new resident of Oklahoma must obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work within a non-traditional schedule that includes evenings and weekends on a regular basis Ability to engage in repetitive motion, lift 30 pounds and communicate effectively Ability to sit, stand, and stoop for extended periods of time Ability to work effectively with frequent exposure to pressure caused by deadlines, busy periods and a high volume of public contact
- Experience working with consultants, evaluating training, and providing feedback
- Experience working with the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood or related field
- Experience delivering training to adults in the early childhood field
