Job Details
The Enterprise Systems Analyst is responsible for the analysis, programming, testing and maintenance of software and interfaces that enhance the University’s Ellucian Banner ERP system and third-party auxiliary system. The overall support for the ERP includes assessing complex issues, creating and maintaining business intelligence reports, evaluating business processes and rules, and providing technical assistance to the user community. This a full time, benefits-eligible position; remote work will be considered. Generous benefits include health, retirement, considerable time off and tuition assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Reporting; develop data sets and report on University data; review, analyze and reverse engineer existing business reports; gather peer requirements, create/maintain crosswalk to bridge data from disparate sources to current reporting systems; analyze deficiencies in reporting databases and make necessary changes; develop user-friendly report dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or a combination of education, experience and accomplishment.
