The evaluationspecialist will provide evaluation and research design support for the COEprogram as well as participate in report writing and submission. The evaluationspecialist will be responsible for maintaining faculty and student trackingdata base and other data management support needed to evaluate the proposedproject. The program evaluation specialist reports to the PI of the COEProgram.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop,reach, stand, walk, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitivemotions (lifting and repetitive motions) with or without reasonableaccommodations.

5 years of experience in higher education setting,with 3 years of experience managing federally funded medical educationprogram for diverse population/underrepresented groups.
Skills, Proficiencies, Experience Required: Must work independently while also being aneffective team member. Must have creative strategy and project managementskills. Possess the ability to take initiative and prioritize projects in orderto meet program goals and prioritize projects in order to meet deadlines. Haveoutstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with theability to speak to those within the university and externally in governmentand academia. Must have the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.Ability to work with diverse populations.
