Responsible for development of benchmarking, productivity metrics and service line analysis and data extract. Creates and presents market, financial, utilization and additional reports for service lines. Develops information and modeling to create effective recommendations to supervision/management. Analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses and capital expenditures. Prepares proformas for the effective analysis of new proposals or initiatives. Works with assigned service line to review internal and external trend analyses and effectively identify corrective measures as needed. Provides for the measurement and benchmarking of business operations in relation to best business practices for the healthcare industry and internal business objectives.
