The University of Tennessee, Knoxville is seeking to fill the position of Grow Your Own Support Administrative Program Support in the Department of College of Education Health & Human Sciences, Office of Professional Licensure.



Qualifications
Responsibilities include:

This a one-year appointment to assist with UTK’s educator preparation programs (EPP) and UTK’s GYO Apprentice programs. Specifically, this person will assist with admission and certification processes, as well as updating EPP handbooks, canvas program sites, and resources. Additionally, this person will assist in development and implementation of UTK’s GYO Apprentice data collection and management systems in collaboration with local school districts, Tennessee Departments of Education and Labor.

Knowledge, Skillm, and Abilities:

● Masters' Degree with two years office experience, preferably in a student-centered academic environment; commensurate experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.

● Knowledgeable of Tennessee educator licensure rules and regulations

● Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), Banner, Google Suite, and Canvas.

● Proficient knowledge of data entry, management and analytics.

● Strong time, project management, and organizational skills

● Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

● Ability to attend to details, and multitask in a flexible, high energy environment.

● Ability to follow state/federal agency guidelines and maintain required electronic records for reporting purposes.
