Tulane University School of Medicine, Section of Post-Acute Care is seeking advanced practice registered nurses to join our program. Faculty provide direct patient care and telehealth visits for Tulane University Hospitals and Clinics and post-acute care settings in collaborations physicians and staff. Settings include hospital care, long-term care (LTC) facilities, assisted living facilities, group homes, skilled nursing facilities, rehab facilities, and/or patient residencies. This position involves traveling to the above care settings to facilitate visits where the patient resides.
