Position Summary
The candidate will primarily teach undergraduate and graduate classes in Strategic Management or introductory management courses and may teach other Management classes as necessary. The candidate will engage in service activities within the College and University as appropriate.

Detailed Position Information
The Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama invites applications for a full-time renewable clinical instructor in Management starting January 1, 2023.

The individual hired for this position will teach four courses per semester. The majority of the individual’s teaching responsibility will be in either Strategic Management (GBA 490) or our introductory management course (MGT 300). However, other teaching duties may occasionally be required. Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated record of success in teaching at the collegiate level and experience in leadership roles.

Qualifications include a MA in Strategic Management or a closely related discipline or an MBA from an AACSB accredited (or equivalent) university by the start date of the appointment. The successful candidate will be dedicated to quality teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to service efforts in the department, college, and community. Salary and benefits are AACSB competitive and include support for professional development.
