Responsibilities . The qualified candidates are expected to:

    Establish a competitive extramurally funded research program in food and nutrition.Collaborate with the faculty and the food industry to strengthen program of excellence in food and nutrition.Develop and teach courses and mentor students at graduate and undergraduate levels.Participate in professional service activities in national and international organizations, and the department, college and university.
Qualifications Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field. Applicants are encouraged to include a record of scholarly activity as evidenced by publications, grants, and experience in teaching and research.

Preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with postdoctoral training and research experience in foodomics-related areas.
