Assistant Clinical Professor/Assistant Clinical Lecturer
Assistant Clinical Professor/Assistant Clinical Lecturer to teach in our Undergraduate Inclusive Special Education (ISE) and Graduate Special Education (GSEP) Programs. Responsibilities include demonstrating effectiveness as an instructor in both an in-person and online environment, serving as a contributing member of our faculty team, advising undergraduate students, and providing service to the department and university by actively serving on committees, providing leadership for projects and initiatives, and supervising clinically-based program experiences and graduate projects. Appointment begins in August 2023.

Assistant Clinical Lecturer: Master’s degree in special education or closely related field and 5 years relevant professional experience in a K-12 or related setting, including working in inclusive settings.
Assistant Clinical Professor: Doctorate degree in special education or closely related field by date of appointment and 5 years relevant professional experience in a K-12 or related setting, including working in inclusive settings.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime and indefinite basis.
Consideration may be given to candidates with doctoral degree by date of appointment, experience teaching and/or developing high quality online courses, experience in coordinating school-university partnerships, demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices in special education, expertise and/or teaching experience related to one or more disciplines in the Department of Educational Psychology such as Learning Science and Human Development, School Psychology, Instructional Design and Technology, or Disability Studies.
