Job Details

- Respond to RFPs and review contracts, legal agreements and security regulations. Create and maintain security-related policies, processes and controls. Document security compliance for all ATS products. Analyze and recommend new security software & services. Analyze the costs and benefits of security solutions.
40% Security Monitoring and Response
- Review security, availability, and confidentiality of sensitive data. Assess the system’s security controls and processes to find potential security gaps. Analyze data loss prevention measures. Look for system vulnerabilities and identify ways to remediate. Analyze and configure IT systems to improve security posture. Lead incident review, analysis and documentation. Monitor data & activity for abnormal behavior.
25% Security Enhancements
- Plan implementations and upgrades for IT infrastructure and security systems. Assist with implementations and upgrades for IT infrastructure and security systems. Implement insider threat control measures. Maintain disaster recovery documentation & running exercises
5% Security Communication and Education
- Review industry security communication and develop educational material to support team awareness and learning.
Due to U.S. grant funders and/or export control regulations, only candidates with United States Citizenship can be considered. Required Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience, as evidenced in application materials.
2. Two years of supervisory or leadership/management experience, as demonstrated in previous work experience.
3. Requires CISSP or equivalent, as evidenced in application materials.
4. Experience leading security incident response and vulnerability remediation, as evidenced in application materials and interview.
5. Experience with risk analysis and communicating to senior leadership, as demonstrated in previous work history.
6. Familiarity with security standards, security concepts and best practices, as demonstrated in application materials and interview.
7. Familiarity with Linux and networking, as demonstrated in application materials.
Preferred Qualifications1. 1 or more years DoD and/or FedRAMP experience
2. Experience reviewing contracts, legal agreements and security regulations
3. Experience with server hardening and securing web applications
4. Experience with cloud services
