Responsibilities: Administrative Assistant II is essential to the effective and efficient operation of the College of Liberal Arts. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the college delivers high-quality customer service. The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks to support college functions, including, but not limited to, establishing and maintaining filing systems; scheduling meetings and documenting minutes; maintaining calendars, and procuring supplies. This position reports to the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts.

Qualifications: Requires an Associate's degree in secretarial science or other relevant field supplemented by one to two years of responsible secretarial or clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be able to type 50 words per minute with accuracy.
