Minimum Qualifications:

Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.

Position Summary:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT hardware, operating systems, application software, software utilities, data communications/connectivity devices, printers, and other related peripherals.

Assist clients with operational and project based questions related to the integration or use of IT devices or processes.

Assist clients with questions regarding their interaction with established organizational IT interfaces, processes, and practices.

Research emerging technologies and recommend hardware/software products that may help improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Employee will be supervised on a daily basis and assigned daily tasks to complete. All tasks will be reviewed by a supervisor

Performs other related duties as assigned.
