The Contract Support Administrator-Campus Operations oversees the administration of contracts for a variety of departments in the division of Campus Operations. The position supports the development and implementation of contracts and ensures contracts meet departmental and institutional standards. The Contract Support Administrator facilitates initiation and execution of contracts and manages the entire contract lifecycle, including tracking milestones, termination dates, and necessary amendments and renewals; may also assist in RFP development and bid opening process. This position collaborates closely with St. Jude Legal, Materials Management, Financial Services, risk management and insurance enterprises, and contract stakeholders to ensure the contractual process is efficient and aligns appropriately with purchase order and invoicing processes. The Contract Support Administrator analyzes, recommends, and initiates procedural improvements for contractual processes in Campus Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with supply chain, the RFP process, and finance and budgeting. Should pay attention to detail, think critically, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field required

  • Minimum Experience

  • Two (2) years related work experience which includes contractual or financial processing and budgetary experience required
  • Experience in a healthcare or academic setting preferred. Experience with RSS Lawson preferred
  • Notary certification preferred
  • Paralegal experience preferredProject management and contracting experience preferred
