MSSU is currently seeking candidates for tenure track Assistant Professor position in the Healthcare Administration Department working onsite in Joplin, Missouri starting January 1, 2023. Qualified faculty will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in face-to-face and online formats. Applicants should have relevant classroom and teaching experience. Other responsibilities may include student advisement in undergraduate and graduate levels, collaboration with industry advisory partners, active participation in department, college, university, and community service, as well as scholarly/creative activity. Successful candidates should be prepared to teach undergraduate level courses in the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences curriculum. This position will also be responsible for providing instruction in the new MSSU Master of Health Administration (MHA) program that begins in Fall 2023.

A doctorate degree is required. Rank and tenure status are dependent on qualifications.
