Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility of the clinical instructor will be to instruct and supervise nursing students at a clinical facility. While in the clinical setting, the NETC clinical instructor will be directly responsible for the learning experience of the assigned nursing students. The clinical instructor will be assigned a Full Time nursing faculty member that will have direct supervision of the material covered, assess its compatibility to the course syllabus and evaluate the quality of curriculum content presentation that meets the expectations of the Nursing Department and College.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Must be a licensed registered nurse with at least a BSN degree in nursing. License as a registered nurse must be active and unencumbered in SC or another compact state with at least a minimum of two years clinical experience as a registered or advanced practice nurse related to field of primary responsibility.

For clinical sites in the Cheraw, Hartsville and Florence area.
