Responsibilities
  • The Florida State University College of Social Work (FSU CSW) invites applications for a tenure-earning Open-rank faculty position beginning in the Fall of 2023.
  • The College educates students through its BSW, MSW (Clinical and Social Leadership concentrations) and research-focused Ph.D. programs.
Qualifications
    Doctoral degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. (ABD candidates who will complete doctorates prior to the position start date will be considered.)Applicants are expected to have a high level of research productivity and a clearly articulated, fundable research agenda commensurate with rank. The College is seeking candidates with research agendas that contribute to collaborative research in demonstrably fundable areas. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to teaching, research, external funding, and professional service.
