Job Summary Administrative accountability for leading, managing, developing, supervising, and evaluating all Research Nurses, Study Coordinators, personnel and supportive research staff in the Division of Infectious Diseases. Manages and collaborates relationships with leadership members, physicians and research staff in the conduction of clinical research. Assures professional, clinical, and educational excellence in the provision of quality clinical research. Responsible for the hiring, supervising, training and evaluation of supportive research staff. Collaborates with Infectious Diseases Grants Manager and designees to develop and maintain a balanced budget.Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Georgia Registered Nursing License, and three years related clinical and/or management experience is required.

OR

Associates degree from an accredited college or university with six years related clinical and/or management experience: Georgia Registered Nursing License. BLS certification required.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
