About Bunker Hill Community College:
Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) is a multi-campus institution with vibrant, urban campuses in Boston, Massachusetts, in nearby Chelsea, Massachusetts, and at several satellites and instructional sites throughout the Greater Boston area. The largest of the 15 community colleges in Massachusetts, BHCC serves some 18,000 students annually, focusing on holistic student services to ensure student retention and persistence. The College offers certificates and associate degrees, early college and dual enrollment, non-credit community and corporate training, and industry-specific training programs. BHCC is seeking dynamic adjunct faculty to teach in the Visual Media Arts Department beginning Fall Semester, between 9/06/2022-12/20/2022.
Openings available in the following courses:
- VMA-275 Interactive Design I (In-person, Wednesday) 6:00PM-8:45PM
- VMA-100 VMA Freshman Seminar (Remote, Tuesday) 2:30PM-5:15PM; or (In-person, Tuesday) 10:00AM-12:45PM
- VMA-129 Visual Design with HTML & CSS (In-person, Wednesday) 2:30PM-3:45PM
- VMA-151 Intro to Audio Technology (In-person, Wednesday) 1:00PM 3:45PM
Master's Degree in related field or substantial relevant experience
Commitment to advancing equity and access in the classroom.
College teaching experience, especially at community college level, preferred.
Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population.
Salary: $1,132.00 Per Credit Hour.
Effective Date: Fall 2022 semester, open until filled.
