The Math Learning Center (MLC) receptionist is primarily responsible for greeting students, answering phone calls, maintaining a student sign in form, and scheduling tutoring appointments for students at the main campus location.


Position Duties

The MLC receptionist will also be expected to maintain Math Learning Center print materials and communicate Math Learning Center policies to students. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

We are looking for someone primarily to work during the Math Learning Center peak hours between 10am and 4pm, though the hours are flexible. We can work around your class schedule.

This position is a federal work study position. Please check with the financial aid office to ensure you are federal work study eligible.

We are looking for the student workers to work approximately 15-20 hours a week.

Education, Experience and Licensure/Certification Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, prompt, and have a positive and professional attitude.

We also need someone who has basic computer and typing skills.
