Job Summary:

The Admission and Records Department wants to hire four students for work study. Duties include accepting documents from students, registration assistance, making copies, answering the telephone, scanning and indexing documents, mailing letters, helping students on the computer, and filing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Confidentiality required. Students must be able to perform basic clerical duties as needed.
Must have computer and typing skills and be able to multi-task.
Must be enrolled in a minimum of six hours during a long semester.

Salary:

8.50 an hour

Work Hours:

Limited to working no more than 20 hours per week.
