Duties & Responsibilities:

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has an opening for a part-time Instructor to work at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. This position reports directly to the Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The primary responsibilities are to manage and participate in research activities (e.g., study conceptualization, implementation, and dissemination). The individual will also direct the systematic review team. We are seeking a person to join our team researching traumatic brain injury, co-morbid psychiatric disorders, and negative psychiatric outcomes including suicide.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $90,000-$110,000 for full-time 1.0 FTE.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
    Master's Degree Previous research project/program management experience Excellent research communication skills (i.e., experience in science writing peer-reviewed publications and presentations to the scientific community Knowledge and expertise regarding systematic reviews (i.e., experience in the conceptualization, implementation, and dissemination of systematic reviews) Experience with human subjects regulatory policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
    Prior experience in grant-funded research projects involving suicide prevention and mental illness involving complex medical interventions used to explore and enhance on-going research and evidence-based practices
