The Associate Director, Academic Advising, works in collaboration with the Director of Academic Advising & Student Services to manage academic advising within the Questrom School of Business Undergraduate Academic Development Center (UDC). They serve as an authoritative source of information for, and as a liaison between Questrom staff, faculty, and students with regard to the Undergraduate Program Office academic policies and procedures, student advising concerns and initiatives, and core administrative processes. They directly supervise a professional staff of three Assistant Directors, and work with the Director and Assistant Dean as a member of the department leadership team.

Required Skills

Masters Degree required, minimum of three to five years of related work experience in a college/university setting, must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, be able to interact with a diverse constituency including faculty, staff, and students, must possess exemplary customer service skills, demonstrated ability to manage people and projects effectively, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
