Position Description:
The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Information Technology Services is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with an exceptional commitment to service excellence to join the Ascend program team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to implement an enterprise cloud-based financial system that will transform our approach to managing the enterprise.

The OCM analyst, will support the OCM team to develop and execute a holistic approach to managing organizational change related to the implementation of the new technology platform. The OCM analyst will assesses the organizational readiness for change, contribute to the creation of OCM strategy and plan, design and provide coordination of the stakeholder engagement approach. The OCM Analyst will be responsible for creation of the change and communication deliverables required for efficient stakeholder engagement and building change network for the Ascend program.

General responsibilities include: Use defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and methods; supports the development, execution and delivery of program change management strategy to promote awareness, adoption and understanding of new financial systems and business processes; creates deliverables for change impact assessment and develops strategies to promote readiness and change adoption; tracks and reports on change management deliverables; builds organizational readiness plans and activities such as roadshows/townhalls, assessments/surveys; supports the stakeholder analysis and assessment process; contributes to the design, delivery and management of stakeholder engagement and change leader activities at unit level; plans and organizes meetings, demonstrations, presentations and other events to engage and inform stakeholders; escalate any risk areas identified to the OCM Manager; supports the delivery framework, tools, methods, program/project management and communications planning and execution.
