The AVC-DEI will supervise professional staff, promote inclusive and affirming campus-wide programs and processes, represent the Office and the SVC-DEI on committees and at meetings, and provide leadership to advance DEI campus-wide.
The University of Colorado Boulder is committed to building a culturally diverse community of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to contributing to an inclusive campus environment. We are an Equal Opportunity employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.

Participate in and support the coordination of a range of activities designed to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion through research, programming, curriculum, training programs, and grant initiatives.
  • Support and advise DEI committees housed within academic and administrative units. Advise campus partners on issues (interpersonal, departmental, organizational) that require leadership to advance campus DEI priorities.
