UC Clermont College is accepting applications for part-time adjunct faculty for the upcoming academic term. Courses to be taught include Biology major and non-major lectures and/or labs, and Microbiology courses which are currently taught in a face-to-face format in day and evening. In addition, the college is looking for faculty interested in teaching online courses in Introductory Anatomy & Physiology, both lab and lecture courses. Teaching is assigned in 1 to 3 credit-hour sections; office hours are required in order to meet with students as needed. Appointments are renewed based upon departmental need, enrollments, and teaching performance. Rank and compensation are based on experience and academic credentials. Essential Functions
- On a part-time basis, conduct and teach assigned undergraduate level courses
- Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.
- Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
Master's or PhD degree in Biology or related field required, with demonstrated ability or prior teaching experience.Application Documentation Requirements
