Full-time Lecturer faculty position available in our JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technology (Radiography) program. Position includes didactic, lab, simulation, clinical and online teaching.

Position begins in September, 2022 on our Paramus campus.

The general responsibilities for faculty members in this area are:

• Developing curriculum and course syllabi, classroom, lab, simulation and clinical course instruction;
• Developing evaluation methods;
• Providing student performance feedback;
• Counseling students for academic success;
• Working as a member of the Radiologic Technology (Radiography) faculty team, and maintaining professional development in Radiologic Technology;
• Teach didactic, online, laboratory/simulation and clinical education classes in the Radiologic Technology curriculum;
• Develop, implement and evaluate educational materials, forms, syllabi to facilitate assigned courses;
• Develop online course delivery utilizing Moodlerooms/Canvas;
• Participate in course and program level assessment;
• Participate in educational methodology Collaborate with the program director, program academic department chair, clinical sites, faculties and students in the Radiography program;
• Prepare, monitor and report documentation for student clinical experiences and performance;

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree

• Must have a current valid New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist (RT) License
• Must have a minimum of three years of current clinical experience in the field of Radiologic Technology (Radiography)
• Minimum three years teaching experience in an accredited Radiography program in the clinical setting, classroom and/or laboratory
• Must demonstrate experience utilizing technology and including on-line course management systems and simulation to enhance student learning objectives and program assessment outcomes
• Day and Evening availability is required
