Job Summary
The Coordinator of Business programs manages the curriculum and operations for the Hull College of Business's MBA programs under the direction of a senior administrator.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage institutional and college student learning outcomes and unit planning as it relates to Hull College of Business graduate programs.
- Serves as the point of contact for Hull College graduate programs; Assists Faculty in designing quality MBA program-level assessments; Reviews MBA Program-level assessment results.
- Manage and coordinate MBA program administration to include but not limited to course scheduling, permissions, graduation applications, student recruitment, events, grade changes, and withdrawals.
- Manages the Fall, Spring, and Summer course schedule for graduate programs (MBA); coordinates MBA faculty assignments (in teaching effort); coordinates with Program Managers and Faculty on graduation applications, grade changes, withdrawals, cultivate and respond to admission inquiries with a high degree of professionalism, student recruitment, review student academic progress, work with MBA faculty to provide intervention with students as needed, process graduate assistantships, event management, and support all program logistics
- Assist with the coordination and submission of curriculum changes via Curriculog for the graduate programs. Manages the process for MBA faculty review of curriculum changes; develops and provides recommendations of programmatic changes to the MBA programs; coordinates and submits the changes in Curriculog
- Serves as Hull College representative at AU Enrollment Management Committee, AU Institutional Effectiveness, AU Student Learning Outcomes committees, and The Graduate School
- Hull College Liaison for AU Enrollment Management committee, AU Student Learning Outcomes committee, Registrar, Financial Aid, Human Resources, Graduate Admissions, Institutional Effectiveness, The Graduate School, as well as external accrediting bodies (AACSB and SACS)
- Serve as the liaison between the Hull College and support offices (e.g., Registrar's Office, the Admissions Office, Financial Aid Office, and Institutional Effectiveness), coordinate and process transfer equivalency request, and assist with student services program development.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Shift/Salary
Shift: Days; Monday - Friday (Work outside of the normal business hours may be required.)
Salary: (Min-Mid or list up to the budgeted amount which should not be more than the midpoint)
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
