(Contingent upon available funding):18.27 - 20.56, Hourly Work Schedule:Typically, Monday through Friday, 8 hours Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary:Job Summary:This position will provide administrative support of the Pediatric ResidencyProgram and will be crossed trained in additional residency/fellowship programs. This position will also coordinate medicalstudent rotations as needed. Environmental Hazards:Typical Office EnvironmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop,reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and performrepetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations. Special Instructions to Applicants Education & Experience Position Qualifications:

Required:Six (6) months to one (1) years of experience in Graduate MedicalEducation.
Skills, Proficienciesand Knowledge:
Computer skillsare essential, including typing and Microsoft Word. Trained in MedicalTerminology

Preferred:Bachelors preferred or Associate Degree with two (2) years ofrelated experience. Experience inresidency training or Undergraduate Education administration.

About Us

Oklahoma State University-Center for Health Sciences was founded in 1972 and is home to the College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as graduate programs in forensics, biomedicine, healthcare and athletic training.   Our core business is education; and it takes more than 500 faculty and staff members to run our institution.  Our mission is to educate and train osteopathic physicians, research scientists and other healthcare professionals with an emphasis on serving rural and underserved Oklahomans.  We offer more than 10 different specialty clinics to care for patients in the area.
