The Director of Career Services and Strategy directs all career development initiatives related to students in the undergraduate, full-time, and professional evening MBA programs in the Questrom School of Business. The Director works under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Industry Relations, Career Services, and Alumni Relations, to lead the development and delivery of the career services strategy, and to provide a comprehensive and cohesive student career experience. The Director plays a critical role in delivering industry-leading services to maintain high levels of student success. The Director serves as the liaison to the Industry Relations Management team, the MBA Grad Center, and the Undergraduate Development Center. The Director supervises the undergraduate and MBA career development teams. The Director advises students on career related topics such as career exploration, resumes and cover letters, technical and case interviews, search strategies, and more. The Director also designs and participates in the delivery of career development seminars. The Director will also participate in MBA and undergraduate career advising.

B.S./B.A. required, Masters Degree strongly preferred. Experience managing and motivating professional employees required; superior communications skills, both written and oral; strong interpersonal skills; strong computer skills; ability to drive innovative thinking, strong emotional intelligence, and five to eight years of previous experience in industry or higher education career services or related. Remote work up to two days per week is offered throughout the calendar year.
