Clinical Assistant Professor - Pediatric Endocrinology
Job Description:The University of Florida seeks to recruit a non-tenure track physician into the division of Pediatric Endocrinology. The ideal candidate will, upon starting the position be a board eligible/certified pediatric endocrinologist with a particular interest in clinical service.
This position will have an assignment of clinical and education components.
Expected Salary:Commensurate with education and experience
Minimum Requirements:Applicants must have a M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or other equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida in Pediatrics. Applicants must be and be Board Certified in General Pediatrics, and Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
Preferred Qualifications:Applications should include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and three letters of recommendation or contact information for three references. If selected as one of the final candidates, three letters of references will be required.
Final candidate will be required to provide official transcript to the hiring department upon hire. A transcript will not be considered “official” if a designation of “Issued to Student” is visible. Degrees earned from an education institution outside of the United States are required to be evaluated by a professional credentialing service provider approved by National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), which can be found at http://www.naces.org/.
