Organization
This position provides professional administrative support to the department programs, faculty, staff, and students and serves as the key receptionist for the department. Responsibilities include, greeting visitors, managing departmental email, preparations of correspondence and reports, scheduling department courses and coordinating with classroom management, handling room reservations, overseeing the department office space, managing departmental special events, and coordinating paperwork and projects with the graduate program, including maintaining confidential records for department. Additional duties include managing parking passes for visitors, ordering office supplies, managing the departmental copier. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
