Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the position of Resident Success Specialist in University Housing. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Housing Services, this position will serve within University Housing’s Resident Success unit.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:· manage communications, records, and administrative processes for University Housing;· assist with functions, projects, and initiatives including but not limited to: desk operations, camp and conference operations, recruitment and selection, engagement and programming, academic initiatives, training, move-in, and closing;· maintain strong collaborative relationships with University offices to ensure University Housing’s place as a productive and complementary student service; and· perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree and a valid state driver’s license is required. Knowledge of housing and conduct database software is preferred. Excellent written skills, oral communication skills and strong administrative skills are preferred.

Student Services Program Coordinator I (CB65/61122997/FTE-S00663P), full-time position with benefits. SC State pay band: 04. Salary range $29,061.00 to $53,769.00. Normal work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet special scheduling needs of the University. May require evening and weekend work.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of housing and conduct database software. A successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have strong administrative skills.

Required Licensure and/or Certification:

Must have a valid state driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of principles and procedures of office administration; strong skills organizing, prioritizing, and managing tasks; ability to comprehend and implement complex oral and written instruction(s); and strong computer skills. Able to handle highly confidential information and perform multiple tasks with regular interruptions. Competence in primary computer applications, social media, database management, and attention to detail in administrative responsibilities.
