The Assistant Dean of Admissions is responsible for all aspects of the Law School’s process of recruiting and enrolling students, including: execution of strategic enrollment plan; recruitment, selection, enrollment, and retention of a highly qualified and motivated student body; the integration of marketing and recruitment strategies with existing and developing communications and social networking elements, overseeing the admissions team and day-to-day operations driving enhancements in process, technology, and the use of analytics. This position involves some travel and occasional evening or weekend hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Oversee, direct, and evaluate the processing of all applications for Admissions . Coordinate admission decisions and, in coordination with the Director of Financial Aid, financial aid awards.
•    Manage the scholarship budget in coordination with the Director of Financial Aid. Allocate and award merit, leadership, and endowed scholarships to admitted and continuing students based on the use of data analytics and predictive modeling .
•    Advise and counsel prospective and admitted students on admissions and financial aid requirements and procedures.
•    Produce various analytic reports on demographic trends, market research, and enrollment to support data-informed decisions regarding marketing, recruiting, admissions, and financial aid. Develop internal policies and procedures that leverage technology and existing capabilities. Regularly review and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and efficacy of processes and policies.
•    Develop, plan, and oversee all of the Law School’s recruitment programs, including diversity outreach initiatives, one-on-one interviews with prospective students, open houses, recruiting fairs, national forums, receptions, information sessions, and other special events.
•    Supervise, evaluate, and train all professional and support staff in the Office of Admissions.
•    Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
