The UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA COLLEGE OF LAW invites applications for entry-level and lateral candidates for three tenure-track/tenured faculty positions.Minimum Required Qualifications:
We have three primary areas of interest: Criminal Law, Civil Procedure, and Contracts. Other courses that would fill curricular needs include, but are not limited to, Family Law; Environmental Law; Poverty Law; Administrative Law; Health Law; Election Law; Immigration; Gender, Class, and Race Discrimination; Mediation; Negotiation; Client Counseling; Criminal Pre-trial Litigation; Mental Health Law; Capital Punishment; Antitrust; Law and Social Change; Representing Underrepresented Clients; Conflicts of Law; Education Law; Trademark/Unfair Competition; Transactional Drafting; White Collar Crime; Wills and Trusts; and Accounting for Lawyers.
These positions are open to both entry-level and lateral candidates and will begin at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, depending on the candidate’s experience.
