Job Description:

NC Stop Human Trafficking – P O Box 959 – Greenville, NC – is currently seeking an Marketing Assistant.

This position requires the potential candidate to be comfortable posting on several
social media platforms, being passionate social justice issues as well as anti-human trafficking initiatives,
understand strategic digital and in-person relationship development and be comfortable attending
regular community events to discuss our work and products.
The marketing assistant will be asked to share information on several social media platforms about NC
Stop Human Trafficking’s and Fair Traders Project’s programs, as well as attending events, such as the
Umbrella Market in Uptown Greenville.
The marketing assistant will also be asked to collect and analyze performance on several social media
platforms and adjust the messaging based on the data to improve reach, engagement and website
traffic.
Qualifications:
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Drive
Ø Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
Ø 2.0 GPA
Ø Valid Driver’s License
Ø Dependable transportation
Ø Basic understanding of marketing principles
Ø Comfortable talking with people
Preferences:
Ø Business or communication major
Ø Understanding of Graphic Design
Ø Understanding of photography
